Educational Programs

Committed to providing educational tools and resources that help demystify the wastewater treatment side of the water cycle.

Community Education Opportunities

In addition to protecting Lake Michigan by providing high-quality wastewater treatment, Veolia Milwaukee is also committed to providing educational tools and resources that help demystify the wastewater treatment side of the water cycle. This means explaining what's happening above and below the ground.

Situated on the shore of Lake Michigan, Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility makes the perfect setting for learning about the importance of cleaning wastewater before releasing it back into the natural environment.

We offer tours for interested groups such as schools and service organizations. In addition, for 5th grade teachers, we offer instructions and curriculum to conduct engaging water experiments.
